EPC Contractor for:
| Rotary Kiln for Direct Reduction Iron (DRI) |
|
JRP has the ability of taking EPC, design and engineering, and complete set of equipment, erection, commissioning and test running jobs on projects of DRI rotary kiln plants with different capacities. JRP is supplying customers with cost-effective and state-of-the-art technologies to maximize customer benefits. For direct reduction iron (DRI) plants, we provide complete production lines of rotary kiln and cooler and or its critical components, such as girth gear, tyre, pinion, pinion shaft, support roller, thrust roller, and etc., according to DIN standards.
The process is built up on solid-state reduction of iron ore by using sub-Bituminous coal as reductant under controlled atmosphere at desired temperature and pressure. The rotary kiln made on L.D. ratio basis between 30-80m length and more than 4m diameter, is designed in such a manner that solid feed stock moves under kiln bed in touch with the gaseous atmosphere throughout the length of the kiln where reduction reaction continues to get desired metallization at the time it reaches discharge end. The hot reduced materials need to be cooled to 150℃ to avoid re-oxidation for that hot materials processed in cooler between 30-50m long and 3m diameter, with positive pressure and brought to desired temperature in the same principle of rotary action. The materials removed from the kiln and after magnetic separation become Sponge Iron. It is a product substitute of scrap and raw material for Electric Furnaces for making steel. Our Scope of Work
