Floating principle:
Floating is according to the surface properties difference of the solid minerals and the effect difference with the liquid and gas in the slurry to achieve separation. Some minerals which are hydrophobe and atmophile adhered with the bubble become concentrate enter into the bubble slurry. Other minerals which are hydrophile and atmophobe don't adhere with the bubble become tailing stay in the slurry (positive flotation). On the contrary useful minerals which are hydrophile and atmophobe don't adhere with the bubble become concentrate stay in the bottom of slurry, and other minerals which are hydrophobe and atmophile enter into the bubble become tailing (negative flotation).
